Sweet Home 3D

Today I am
going to talk about house plans that can be used for designing and developed by
the company eTeks.
Provided by
Oracle Corporation.
This is an
interior design software, but it is a good application that can work on low
requirements. There are two peculiarities that I notice when using the Sweet
Home 3D application. That is,
- Being free and open source.
- Easy to
run on low requirements.
This application is free to use as it is GNU based software. 4 GB is enough for you to use this application and can be used even on a computer without a graphic card. This is a really sweet app. According to my experience with Sweet Home 3D app, this is a user friendly app. Very easy to learn and simple to use. This is an app where you can get a better understanding of how the home is created.
There are
two spaces, 2D and 3D. The most important thing here is that you don't need any
knowledge of 3D. There are two facilities available to you here.
- Making
things created in 2D visible in 3D.
- The
existing furniture in a house is included here.
Bringing the furniture
to the 2D space and giving you the opportunity to change its length, width,
height and position as you like. If you have other furniture sets, you can
import them into the Sweet Home 3D application. See the image below to know
what this app looks like before you use it.
There are
plenty of YouTube videos available for you to learn this app. Otherwise, this
application is designed in such a way that you can understand everything in a
short time. I created a model of a single story house using Sweet Home 3D
application. It is like this.
